Four-Phase Development Process

For those organizations that currently have a well developed maintenance organization, but would desire to move toward maximum efficiency and greater productivity, GMO has developed a Four-Phase Maintenance and Reliability Improvement Process.

Phase I requires companies to have an initial assessment completed by GMO and countermeasures developed and in place.  Also, GMO will assist plant leadership to establish timelines for resolution, have owners or champions assigned, and ensure the Continuous Improvement process is underway.  Phases II, III and IV requires an in depth assessment be performed by a GMO Project Manager, requiring documentation and/or visual inspection of maintenance processes and practices.  Also, in addition to other criteria, the plant must achieve point totals with minimum levels set for each phase.
